Q: I can't connect to the internet, my computer says "Invalid Password/Username" or " Authentication Failed"
A: There are a few things that could cause this problem:
a) Check to see if your Caps Lock key is on. Our usernames and passwords are Caps sensitive, for example, if your password is "PaSsW0rD" but you type it in "pAsSw0Rd" it will not be accepted.
b) Check your username that you are using to dial in, and remember to include the @asis suffix. For example, if your username is test you would log in as test@asis Do not, however, put @asis.com or you will not be able to connect.
c) If you are sure that you have your username and password typed in correctly, and you have not recently installed any software or changed any settings, then give us a call at the office (707)923-3356 or 877-755-8626 (toll-free) and see if we are currently experiencing any technical difficulties. Even if the problem is not on our end we will still be able to provide you with assistance in getting your problem cleared up.
