Senate's Annotated Constitution with cases associated with each element.

Supreme Court Decisions Relating to the Constitution. FindLaw's searchable database of the Supreme Court decisions since 1906 (U.S. Supreme Court Decisions: US Reports 200-, 1906-). Browsable by year and US Reports volume number and searchable by citation, case title and full text. "This is a free service that will remain free."

Founding Papers The Declaration of Independence, a searchable Consitution, and searchable Federalist Papers.

Yale's Avalon Project which includes Madision's Notes on the Constitutional Convention, Jefferson's Papers, and much more.

Federal Laws & Rules

Code of Federal Regulations From the Federal CD. Goes up to 26 Jan 1994. Search by title & section.

Federal Rules of Civil Procedure" as of Dec 1, 1991. Search.

Federal Rules of Evidence as of 1996. Includes Advisory Committee Notes. Cornell. (probably stays current).

US Code available by title. Also available by topic search.

California Statutes All statutes enacted on or after January 1, 1993. Search by number, year, or keyword. (EX: 34 bills from 93-95 include the word "forfeit". Text of each was available as a result of the search).

Supreme Court decisions dating back to 1990, with selected cases from before that time, maintained by Cornell University. Cornell has recently added analysis of the more significant decisions of the New York Court of Appeals.

Supreme Court Decisions from 1937-1975 from the US Air Force. Some 7400 cases, over 415 million words. Searchable by case name or keyword.

300 Historic Supreme Court Decisions At Cornell University. You may have to try this several times, Cornell's server is often difficult to access.

Selected Oral Arguements Before the Supreme Court.. This is an audio site which requires a Real Audio Player to use. The player is free. To download it click here.

Subscribe to receive e-mail syllabi of Supreme Court decisions "within hours of their release" and/or student written syllabi of significant NY Court of Appeals decisions. Information concerning downloading the decisions will be included.
