<H2>What I hope to learn...</H2>

<P>I'd like to find out more about what real projects people would like
to apply HTML to. I also think teaching anything is the best way to really
understand it, and so am stoked to have this opportunity to get better
at both teaching and HTML.</P>

<H2>What I'd like to do with what I hope to learn...</H2>

<P>I'd like to publish a CD-ROM including the coursework (mine and the
students) from these classes, and to make the classes themselves better
and better. I'd also like to get involved in interesting projects.</P>

<H2>What I think I can teach...</H2>

<P>I have a working grasp not only of HTML, which is really quite straightforward,
but of the plethora of silly tricks and interconnections so frustrating.
I also have a fair amount of cynicism with regards to the web, which I
think is important in such a hype-rich context.</P>

<H2>What I'd like to see people do with what I think I can teach...</H2>

<P>I'd love to see kids books and hypertext poems and regular poems and
plays and watershed sediment transport simulations and everyone publishing
their own little zine. I'd like to see people making use of a new outlet
for their existing knowledge. </P>
