About GOD I trust that this site will be a resource for studies that confirm God's reality and the validity of the Bible; and help in explaining some of the natty little questions concerning God, the Bible and Christianity. Straight Talk about God is a non-threatening, friendly place to confirm God and build the confidence to act in trust of His word. Straight Talk is not affiliated with any denomination and generally shuns traditional Christian practices and doctrine. Straight Talk is founded on the teachings of Paul, along with those of Dr. Gene Scott. And MUCH independent study. Straight Talk about God is fulfilling Ephesians 4:12, which says that “the work of the ministry” is “the edifying of the body of Christ.” In other words, as C S Lewis says, we’re supposed to “show off God to each other.” That’s what this web site aims to do. Jesus told us that no one can come to God unless the Father “draws” him. If you’re reading this, then you were “drawn” here and will most likely find the answer to a question that you have about God.
Faith is a verb.
Here’s what I believe: Through the evidence of God’s hand on the stage of history, His irrefutable creations and His working in my personal life, I gain the strength I need to overcome daily adversity, know His Word is forever settled in heaven, and that He will stand by me.

I thought it might be convenient to have a central place where additions to Straight Talk could be easily accessed. These pages are also in their respective categories, but this way you won't miss a new page because it’s “buried” in a different place on the site. There’s a lot of stuff on this site. I hope this “staging area” has been helpful. Thanks for trying it out. I'll rotate in any new pages as they fall out. And I guess the new links will stay for a few months, at least. COMMENTARY ON THE ANTI-CHRIST We are on the brink of the New World Order. This government will exceed the individual sovereignty of all nations; just as the European Union can dictate to the once sovereign nations of Europe. I’d like to offer some insight into who may become the Anti-Christ. Deeper study into who may become the Anti-Christ will have to include the “chosen” people AND their God-given mission on the earth. Another important question: What will be the configuration of the armies at Armageddon? It's in the book! YOU AREN’T REALLY YOU God is a spirit. The devil is a spirit. The Angels are spirits. And You are a spirit. If You are a spirit, what is your body? Your Self, your Spirit, You, manipulate energy to form a tool that allows You to experience the physical reality. That tool is your physical body. Your physical body is not You. This idea is nothing new. It’s been taught since there were people. The point is not that your body, your brain, your mind is not You. The point is why we have bodies at all. Extending outward, the point is, why is there a physical reality? A NEW FEATURE AT THE ARCHIVE: TRANSCRIPTIONS. With the help of two Angels, this section of Straight Talk is up and running strong with some 51 transcriptions ready to read. There are ten programs in the Lost Tribes Series, and programs of various other subjects. Fifty Pieces Audio and PDF Fresh out of the recorder is an audio version of Fifty Pieces, A Personal Walk of Faith. This version is held on one CD and is formatted in MP3. The individual pieces are separated into their own tracks. If your MP3 player lacks Fast Forward and Reverse, you won't have to start at the beginning of the book each time. There are 56 tracks altogether. I have also transferred Fifty Pieces into PDF format. This is convenient for searching the text and for printing individual pieces. NEW ADDITIONS TO THE STRAIGHT TALK ARCHIVE: I've added a new section to the Archive. It's called Recent. It will contain the last ten to twenty programs. These programs will eventually rotate into the appropriate categories, but I will always leave the ten most recent programs in the section. The last three were: The Book of Israel What was Jesus' Mission? Before his crucifixion he told God that he'd what God told him to do. So we can throw out all his redemptive work. Well, what was his mission? The book of Israel is the best place to find out. The book of Israel might as well be the name of the book of Isaiah. Practically the whole book is about the interaction between the Messiah and the Lost Tribes of Israel. The United States is even included. This subject can also be found here. Don't Do The Wrong Thing. I want to lead a better life. How about you? Better, for me, means less stress, feeling more secure and in control of my actions. Feeling like I have the strength to deal with things that want to drag me down. How about you? And I don’t want some check list of a hundred and 66 items. A couple Universal Principles will be easier to remember. I want to share one of those Universals with you this time. I want to take the idea of something falling out of the sky to a further place than I have before. This isn’t an external FOOTS(fall out of the sky), but an internal FOOTS; thoughts that fall out of the sky, and into our brains. And we’ll also have time to take communion. Heroes of Faith and Making the world better. We’re going to spend a little time with the kids and the adults today. We’ll revisit some familiar Bible stories, Noah, Elijah and the Israelite in the Exodus, but mainly we’ll focus on the faithing done by the people. Then we’ll look at how we can indeed make the world a better place. Is there any way out of the mess that the world is in? How can we defeat Satan’s attempt to set up his anti-Christ kingdom? In four words, “Help people see God.” You want to make the world a better place? Help people see God. Care to read while you listen? Crazy Christ and his Birthday If Jesus was just a man, no matter how highly respected as a moral teacher, then he was completely insane. He would have to have been crazy to make some of the claims he made. I mean, how can a mere human being lie dead for 72 hours and then wake up? And why do we celebrate Jesus' birth on a day that clearly was NOT his birthday, but the traditional birth date of ALL the Pagan Sun Gods? |
